Gotta say, Banxe has super low fees and they dont hit you with those annoying surprise charges like some other places do. Their whole approach feels fresh compared to the boring financial stuff I'm used to. Whenever I've needed help, their support team actually knows what there talking about! Big plus in my book. The platform was kinda confusing at first tho. Had to mess around with it for a bit before I figured out where everything was. Not the most intuitive if your new to these services. But yeah, overall I'm pretty happy with em. Worth dealing with the learning curve for the good rates they offer.

What I really appreciate about Banxe is there customer service. Seriously, when I've had issues, they actually listen and fix things fast. Look, stuff goes wrong with any service - thats just life. But I'd much rather deal with a company that handles problems well than one that might be slightly more polished but leaves you hanging when things break. Ive had a couple minor technical glitches while using the platform, but nothing major. And the important thing is, whenever something did come up, they sorted it out quick with no hassle. If your looking for a financial service where you wont be pulling your hair out trying to get help, Banxe has been pretty solid in my experience.

They’ve got really low commissions and don’t blast you with surprise fees, their approach to everything is innovative, and customer support is superb. Honestly I like how well their customer service responds to and solves issues. I mean bad stuff can happen, or some problem can arise, so personally I’d rather have a less-than-perfect service with great customer service than the other way around. But don’t get me wrong, besides some minor technical issues, I haven’t experienced any problems that couldn’t be quickly resolved.

Banxe is a platform that provides banking services for both individuals and businesses. Pay, receive, and send with us. We support EUR, GBP, and USD.

How do I get started with Banxe?

To register an account, please follow these steps: Click the "Get started" button in the right upper corner, enter your email, and choose a password (min. 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase, 1 digit, and 1 special character), go through identity and account verification, top- up your account. You're ready to use Banxe!

How can I withdraw my money?

If you wish to withdraw funds, select the ‘Send Cash’ button and fill in the required fields to complete the transfer. You will be prompted to complete two-factor authentication to finalise the transaction. You may also withdraw funds through an ATM by using your Banxe Card.

What countries are supported?
